I am a secondary science teacher and head of faculty at an 11-16 academy in Cambridgeshire. My blog is a space to share my experiences and thinking on education and hopefully share and collaborate others on developing high quality teaching practice.

I began teaching in 2010 and have had what may be considered a ‘traditional’ progression into my leadership role, beginning as third in faculty, progressing to second, and now head of faculty.
